Planting our Princess Tree for Baby Allen

The baby shower gift for Heather were Princess Tree Seeds, which show quick results...let's hope our seeds sprout fast! I can see soooomeone asking everyday if the trees are growing yet...lol! We were going to wait til the day baby Allen was born, but decided that we might get a sprout the day she is born and that'd be equally as special ;) We planted in pots (even though you shouldn't), cause there's not alot of dirt around here...lol!

Watering the seeds.

Standing next to one of the three pots that got blessed with seeds :) Hello bright sun!
Our three pots, let's hope they ALL sprout!!

JUST DANCE!

This was sooo much fun! Noelle introduced us to Just Dance, and I think the Easter Bunny might be hopping or dancing to the house with this new game in tow. We danced as a group of 4, Mabelle danced alone, Jason moved his arm alot, we dance sitting down only moving our arms (I did best that way...think my feet screw me up), and even the babies got in on the dancing action! The only downfall of the game was the new obsession with Cotton-Eyed Joe...Mabelle listened to that song for 4 hours straight on the way home. But boy did we have fun, and for a brief moment I did own the high score for Step-by-step...then Noelle quickly took that title back.

Sout-side...

Who doesn't love playing sout-side?!! They took an afternoon of playing outside...with bubbles, hula hoops, on the crazy 'tractor' (also known as a lawn-mower), on the slide and in rocks. It was windy and sunny, but still mucho fun! Then inside to eat and wrestle Daddy.

Missouri trip random pics

Just some pics from around the house :)

Hoooterrific!!

We flew to Missouri last weekend to help throw our dear friend, Heather a grand baby shower!! It was so much fun!! We loved showering her...here's the pics to prove it ;) There's over 80 pictures, so I'm going to let them tell the story of her sweet hoooterrific shower!

Mabelle's first haircut...trim...EVER!!

While visiting family in Missouri, we decided that we could beg our sweet sis, Noelle to give Mabelle her first hair trim. Noelle was down with it, now that Mabelle is older and able to sit still..lol! Noelle did such a great job, it really looks thicker and healthier with all those dead, see thru ends cut off. Mabelle was really nervous about it, she thought it might hurt and then was happy it didn't hurt--then she wanted blunt bangs (which we all talked her out of, since her hair is too thin to really pull that off). She was kind of pouty about it, but perked up when Noelle introduced her to something else (more details of THAT to follow in another blog)...

Photobucket was being a pain, so all my captions aren't showing up, but I'm sure you'll get the pics!!
