CONGRATULATIONS, Papa Joe!! He won State Employee of the Month, beating out over 30,000 state employees!! He must be doing something right ;) Here he is with the Governor (Matt Blunt),the Governor's wife, & Grandma Teresa; and then with his supervisor, receiving another award for Employee of the Month.
