Licking the bowl...

Yes, I let my child enjoy the greatest part of making cupcakes (cake, muffins, brownies, etc), licking the bowl (even with eggs in the mixture). Jason has yelled at me while I was pregnant for partaking in this activity, and then for letting Mabelle do it with me. It's fiiiiine. I know for a fact (thank you, Liz) that he did it, I did it, and look we are just fine. It's just soo delicious, I could never tell her no! :) It's a good thing she shares, and lets me enjoy it with her.

And Cash eats....the real stuff....from a jar.

Yesterday, I started Mister Cash on jar food, he's just so darn big and hungry all the time. We started with peas, and I checked the jar to see how long it was good for...and thought, "Great, I have dinner for a couple of nights"...ummm WRONG-O! Cash ate the WHOLE jar of peas (I have NEVER EVER seen the bottom of a baby food jar on the same night of opening it! And I'm pretty certain, I've never seen the bottom of a vegetable jar.). And he had his regular nighttime nursing session. He is such a little cow, so sweet. But did he sleep thru the night...nope. Up 11x. One day he'll sleep, right??? Although I can't complain, since he's a great eater and just a good, laid back baby.

During his meal. Chillin.
So hungry, trying to eat the bib too!
Ok, he's done...
But he ate the whole jar!!

A playdate at the Mirage :)

We took a trip to the Mirage with our friends (Jime, Pat & James) to see the dolphins, and whoa, did Mabelle looooooove the dolphins!!

Daddy and Mabelle watching the dolphins swimming.
Mabelle wanting to "go in there" with the dolphins.
Cash...most of the playdate.
Mabelle & James trying hard to see the dolphins.
How cool is this baby?
Checking out the lions.

Sweet.
Me, trying to show cash the alpacas. I need to start an alpaca farm.
Now he sees them.
Cheese, Daddy.
Daddy's on duty.

Seriously cuteness!

Just some cute pics of the kids playing, loving, being ornery, and hanging out.

Just so dang sweet, the 2 of them :)
Mabelle cracking up at herself, Cash wondering whats so funny.
Mmm...ice cream, a staple at our house!
Eating his elephant.
Attacking his frog.

Smooshie face
Sugar on his head.
Concentrating really hard, trying to get that little shoe on that little foot.

Big steel blue eyes.
Sitting on the stack of soda, in her heels, with her new Princess bear backpack (thanks Auntie Carol), all while admiring her capri sun.
Buckled in Cash's (her old) carseat...I didn't even have to adjust the straps. Ridiculous.
Just my happy little guy.

Cash rolls the other way too!

So I posted a video awhile back of Cash rolling from tummy to back at 2 weeks old...at 4 months he now rolls the other way too!

Cash's Checkup & Cuddles

We had a visit with our NEW pediatrician, Dr. Conti, yesterday and he is fab-u-lous. I really liked him, and so did Cash. He's very good, comes highly recommended, sooo kid friendly (sang to Cash and played with him during his checkup)..he even wore a Hawaiian shirt..no stuffy medical jacket. hahaha! He agrees with our modified vaccine schedule, and is very parent supportive. Anyhoo...Cash was 16lbs even, and we were given the green light to start foods. Cash got one shot, and cried one little scream, and continued smiling at the nurses...he's a tough boy (I'm sure Mabelle wallering on him has NOTHING to do with it...wink, wink). So here's some pics of our sweet babies:

Always happy.

His new favorite thing...sucking onhis fingers and playing with his toes. Mabelle eating her ice cream cone in the background :)
How cute is this outfit...its Italian, from Italy (thanks Sissy & Nic)!
Cuddling.
Cuddling a sleeping Daddy.
Daddy woke up...playing.
Mabs playing with little man.
Mabelle telling me how it is....like always.

Happy 4 Months Cash! (and Mama too)

Our little man turned 4 months on the 25th, and is getting so big. He's started on cereal, is rolling every time Daddy's NOT looking, and is just so sweet & content. We go to a new doctor this week for 2 vaccinations and to see how big our little man is. No pics this time, just 2 bad quality videos!
A grainy, phone video of a happy, happy baby!

Another grainy video...of that same sweet baby boy, but he was too happy for just one video :)
