We decided that the day after Mabelle's birthday was the best day to take a trip to Disneyland (our first ever as a family...half our first trip except Jason, Papa and Mimi). Jason had a friend who was able to pull some strings for some great deals and we had such a fantastic time! On Day one we went to California Adventures which is where we made dinner reservations at Ariel's Grotto and was able to meet 5 princesses!! We met some of our favorite Pixar characters, Woody and Jessie and rode some great rides. I loooooved California Adventures, it was such a fun place!
On Day 2 we spent the whole day at Disneyland with a small nap/lunch break back at the hotel. It was super special, Mabelle rode several rides and we saw the parade and fireworks, amongst a bunch of characters. She even saw some princesses again. She danced in the parade and watched a teeeeensy bit of the fireworks, which were Nightmare before Christmas/Villians themed...sooo cool! We even saw some villians there, the evil stepmother from Snow White, Cruella Daville, Queen of Hearts and Jafar.
Had the best time, I'm hoping we get season tickets and get to do this trip more often, it was a short drive and an easy trip. Enjoy the many, many pics!

OMG! Great pics! From the tea cups to the parade, many princesses, and tree hugging... love them ALL! Looks like you all had a BLAST!
Fun times! And if you get those season tickets, Matylda and her parents might just make an unexpected visit...haha!
