We went to our pediatrician today to confirm the Croup diagnosis and to make sure Cash was getting better. Well, Dr. Conti agreed with all of the treatment, and decided to test for RSV to make sure that his Croup was caused by flu and not RSV (he simply wanted to rule RSV out)....well, big surprise...he has RSV, and that's what caused his Croup. So now we are aggressively treating the RSV, as well as the Croup. Cash has 6 breathing treatments a day (which we can combine some and make it 4) for 2 weeks, a steroid and singulair to fight the germs. Poor Cash. But his cough is sounding better, he's still acting normal. He's a little more cranky since his sleep is being interrupted by lots of wakings from the cough. We have used so much lysol, oust, clorox hard surface spray and clorox wipes...pleeeeeeeeeease germs GO AWAY!

And now sick boy is unrolling his first toilet paper roll...he was not caught in the act, but we did recreate the event! LOL!
So sad he doesn't feel good.
Even Ruby is doing her best to make Cash feel better.

that one of him laying his head on the couch is so sweet but so SAD! Poor baby, I really hope he gets to feeling better soon. And poor you! I hope you are taking care of yourself too!
